Legacy is priced for the use of the rest of the home, of course, but also rents fractionally:

Just Master BR & BA, max. 2 people = $145/night; + $50 cleaning fee.  (1)

Use of just 2BRs & 2BAs, max. 4 people = $175/night; + $50 cleaning fee.  (1)

 Use of 3BRs & 2BAs, max. 6 people = $200/night; + $65 cleaning fee. (1), (2)

Use of 4BRs & 2BAs, max. 8 people = $225/night; + $65 cleaning fee. (1), (2)

Use of 4BRs & 2BAs, max. 10 people = $250/night; + $75 cleaning fee. (1), (2)
Plus 8% room tax.

$10/night for pets, dogs only, no more than two.

(1).  Booking qualifies for: A $50.00 prepaid gas card for any five night stay.
(2).  May qualify for additional discounts. Ask when making reservations.
